Through collaborative leadership networks, volunteer training and a variety of helpful resources, Converge leaders can find the tools they need to lead with courage, passion and effectiveness.
Our newest venture in leadership development is the beginning of Adelphia Bible School, beginning the fall of 2011 on the Lake Retreat Campus.
